These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ARVENOR Executive Search & Consulting (hereinafter “ARVENOR”) to companies and candidates in connection with executive search and recruitment consulting.
ARVENOR offers services in the field of executive search and recruitment consulting for specialists and executives in the energy, infrastructure, digitalization, and real estate sectors. The exact scope of services is agreed individually between ARVENOR and the client.
A consulting mandate only comes into effect through a separate agreement made in writing or text form (e.g., email) between ARVENOR and the client. Inquiries submitted via the website or the contact form do not constitute a binding offer or a conclusion of contract, but serve solely as a non-binding initial contact.
ARVENOR makes every effort, with the utmost care, to identify and approach suitable candidates or to arrange suitable positions. However, a successful placement or arrangement is not guaranteed.
ARVENOR treats all information received in the course of the collaboration — from both clients and candidates — as strictly confidential and discloses it to third parties only with the express consent of the person concerned.

Clients and candidates undertake to provide ARVENOR with truthful and complete information, to the extent that this is necessary for carrying out the mandate.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is, to the extent legally permissible, [place of jurisdiction, e.g. Berlin].
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
