Core field 01

Energy infrastructure. The grid and the people behind it.

Transmission and distribution grids, substations, overhead lines, cable systems, and secondary technology. What matters most are the people who reliably manage complex projects — from permitting through technical execution to deadline.

Segments

Four areas, one grid.

The right people aren’t always found in the obvious market. We think beyond the boundaries of transmission and distribution grids.

01

Transmission grid

220 and 380 kV
Extra-high-voltage lines, converter stations, and grid connection points. Large-scale projects requiring staying power, high public attention, and a limited market of experienced project managers.

02

Distribution grid, high and medium voltage

10 to 110 kV
The part of the grid to which generation plants and charging infrastructure are connected. Grid connection, grid expansion, and digitalization shape the tasks at municipal utilities and regional grid companies.

03

Substations

Primary and secondary technology
New construction, expansion, and retrofitting. We fill roles from plant planning through protection and control technology to on-site construction supervision.

04

Cable & line construction

Execution and maintenance
From site management and civil-works coordination to cable joint installation and maintenance. We fill key roles along the entire value chain.

Market situation

What we're seeing in the field.

Three observations from ongoing mandates — they shape how we structure a search.

01

The bottleneck is personnel.

Approved projects need experienced project managers who take on responsibility and reliably steer complex undertakings. What matters isn’t just when a project can start — but who can lead it.

02

Experience doesn't switch at the push of a button.

Established teams and long-grown structures of responsibility make job changes demanding. What matters most are perspective, responsibility, and the substance of the role.

03

Location plays a deciding role too.

Especially in site management, operations, and maintenance, regional factors are decisive. A successful placement therefore takes into account not only professional requirements but also actual mobility.

Selection

What we pay particular attention to in this field.

A résumé shows career stages. What matters is what responsibility someone has actually held. We pay attention to what project sizes someone has genuinely been responsible for, and how they handle authorities, landowners, change orders, and contracting firms.

Aus der Praxis

Besetzungen im Netzumfeld.

Anonymisiert, weil unsere Mandate es so verlangen. Details nennen wir im Gespräch.

Übertragungsnetzbetreiber

Projektleiter 380 kV
